As a woman, wife, and mother of Levantine origins, ABIR’s journey reflects the passion and perseverance rooted in her Levantine heritage from a young age. Her passion for learning and refusal to accept the status quo and give up pushed her forward.

After a debilitating accident that left her in excruciating pain, ABIR’s journey to recovery was full of challenges. Despite seeking help from many doctors and undergoing various treatments, relief and recovery seemed elusive.

However, ABIR’s relentless pursuit of knowledge and her unwavering faith in God pushed her forward. For ten years, she dedicated herself to learning, researching and applying new methods in her pursuit of healing. Through prayer, perseverance, and tears shed in moments of failure and success, she never lost sight of her purpose.

Finally, perseverance and striving to alleviate her pain paid off, as she found a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness. Step by step, she regained her life and began the journey of recovery, innovation and creativity in the world of fitness and rehabilitation, and her innovation and creativity in the techniques that she designed during her research journey.

Now, ABIR’s mission is to share her journey and experience with others, and provide hope and help to those who are struggling and suffering like her. Her ultimate desire is to relieve others’ pain and guide them toward healing, just as she was able to receive healing with God’s help.
